You may have completed accounting courses in university or college, but you have no much experience of any accounting position. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting Clerk are the common positions of accounting. The following programs will give the confidence of doing the job.

Accounts Payable

Process full-cycle of accounts payable, including invoice entry, matching with P.O.and receiving report, verify expense report, cheque run, reconcile cancelled cheques, reconcile month end aging report of A/P sub-ledge with GL, and produce outstanding reports.

Accounts Receivable

Process full-cycle accounts receivable, consists of invoice clients, conduct sales credit and collections, prepare aging reports, store, update and retrieve financial data, perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems, answer customer inquiries, perform general office duties.

Accounting Clerk

Prepare general ledge, prepare journal entry, manage accounts receivable, manage accounts payable, prepare financial statements, invoice clients, costing and budgeting, prepare A/P or A/R reports, perform clerical duties, and general office duties.

-- Personal Income Tax

The training deals with various income and deductions, including employment income, self-employment income, rental income, pension income and so on. The trainees are able to complete tax forms independently. We are also deal with RRSP, childcare, moving expense and other deductions.
